Terms and conditions: Only clients who purchased their engagement ring from Wedding Day Diamonds are eligible to receive the $100 gift card. By posting or submitting your video you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your submission including, but not limited to, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the video. You warrant and represent that you are the copyright owner of the video submitted, or the copyright owner of such video has granted you permission to use the video. You understand that your video, if approved, may be used in Wedding Day Diamond’s brand advertisements and social media without compensation and you consent to such use. Wedding Day Diamonds reserves the right to edit your video submission due to sound quality, length of time or other factors that may hinder the use of such video online and by submitting your video, you acknowledge this and grant us permission to do so. Wedding Day Diamonds is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, in correct mailing addresses, or returned packages. Client will receive $100 gift card regardless of whether or not we post or use their video. Wedding Day reserves the right to reject any video submission if it is determined to not be a truthful representation. No gift cards will be issued for third party engagement or proposal videos.
